| Do I have to pay sales tax? |

You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state or county as our warehouses, e.g. Alabama. We will contact you if we find an error in taxing. You will be responsible for any state and local "USE" taxes as with any ecommerce site. |

| When will my credit appear on my account? |

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s). Damaged items by the customer or in return shipping may be considered non-creditable until clarified who is at fault. Insure all items shipped back and pack to postal standaards. |
